Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Royal Oak Farmers Market!

  • By entering your information into this database you are NOT being entered into shows or Markets. We are only gathering your contact information so we can refer you out or contact you for events here.
  • Craft shows will have a separate application for each show and will be posted on Facebook and Instagram when available.
  • Saturday & Sunday vendors are scheduled on a weekly basis. Once you have filled out this form, you need call to get on the schedule. We DO NOT call you.


Please read the documents before you call with questions. Most of your questions are answered within them.

Read and if you like, print for your records the top two links, Rules & Regulations, Rental Use Policy found on the right. On the application you will be required to check a box indicating you read and understand these rules.

Then click on the third link, read the part for your vendor category, click the application link to fill out and submit to form.

If you would like to print the form after you have filled it out for your records, please do this before you submit the form. To print: right click on the form and select “Print”.

Then submit the form, you will get a message indicating your information has been added to our vendor database.

When an opportunity comes open we send out an email to all the vendors who fit the need and give them the opportunity to sign up.

An added benefit to being in our vendor database is, you are also on our vendor referral list that is given out when ask for.
