Normandy Road:

The contractor is continuing work on water main installation this week, between Crooks and Linwood. The contractor has installed the water main pipe and is working to connect the additional elements like gate valves and fire hydrants. Once complete the new water main will undergo testing before the final connection is made to the existing system.

Normandy Road will be closed to thru traffic throughout construction. Residents with driveways on Normandy will still be able to enter the construction zone via the side streets to access their property. Businesses should direct their patrons, employees and deliveries to use Coolidge to access Normandy Road to minimize conflicts with construction work.

Lincoln Avenue:

The contractor will be working on lawn restoration this week and finishing the new median island. Once complete they will re-stripe the roadway and open the road.

CAP2305 Concrete Repair Program

This week the contractor is continuing work in the Phase 4 & 5 neighborhoods, working on the second halves of the project streets. The contractor has also begun work prepping for new speed hump installations on Buckingham Road, which will be installed in the next few weeks.

Work in Phases 1-3 is substantially complete.

Work will only be performed on one side of the street at a time, to maintain access for residents throughout construction. Only the worst sections of concrete pavement will be removed and replaced, not the entire roadway. If driveway access will be affected, residents will be notified the day beforehand via doorhanger.

The map below shows the project streets highlighted in LIGHT BLUE.
