Use the map above to see if a project is affecting your street. The city realizes construction will be an inconvenience and all efforts to expedite the work will be utilized to minimize traffic conflicts and access to various properties abutting the project.

Notices of Construction have been mailed to affected residents and copies are available online here.

CAP2410 Water Main Improvements

On Northwood, the contractor will continue working on pavement removals and pouring new concrete, working from Crooks to Bonnieview.  Final watermain connections will be going on at Evergreen and Northwood, and Maplewood and Northwood. 

On Sycamore, the contractor will be working on  concrete removal and replacement, only working on one side of the street at a time. Final watermain connections at Maplewood and Sycamore.

If residents will be affected by a water shut off, they will be notified beforehand via doorhanger with the date, start time and duration of the shut off.

CAP2440 Green Infrastructure Improvements

Sheridan Drive - Arden Place - Grandview Road

The contractor will be working on grading and edge drains this week.
