Crews continue concrete work this week on the outside lanes, replacing any concrete curbing or driveway approaches as needed for the road project. They will be working on pouring concrete for the driveway approaches so it can cure and gain strength over the holiday weekend.

N. Main Street from 13 Mile Road to north city limits

The contractor has closed the road to northbound traffic, with vehicles detoured to Rochester Road.  Crews have paved the first layer of asphalt for the northbound side of the roadway. No work is planned this week in advance of the holiday weekend.

Next week beginning July 7th, the closure will be shifted to the southbound side and only northbound will be open to traffic. Southbound traffic will be detoured to Rochester Road.
